It really started by the desire to document my work on Entity Synchronization, a framework for synchronizing records between systems i.e. integrations. I don't have much time to write proper technical documentation for it, and that's not fun anyways, so I started thinking of writing a small blog post every time I add a feature, or make architectural decisions etc. That would be something more practical, something that I could fit into my schedule, and would still provide some material for other developers to get started with the framework.
It just came naturally for the idea to grow into more general commentary on software development technologies. I have many years of experience with a broad range of programming languages and frameworks, and I actively use and explore new technologies all the time as well, so I will be writing about my adventures and findings on other things too.
It may allow me to connect with other developers that have similar interests; who knows, I may have guest authors posting here too.
What about the name? krystalcode
is my username in most development-related websites; it's kind of my persona as a software developer. Why I chose this name and the philosophy behind it will be the subject of a future post!
